You may be in a bad mood, angry, or frustrated because you have a health problem that is affecting not only your body but also your emotional state and personality.
You may be tired of visiting specialists without recovering. You're not alone; many of our patients feel like that. Now that you have arrived at this point, it's not the time to quit but to decide how to manage your problem successfully. Otherwise, you will continue suffering it, and over time, it could worsen.
káyros recommends that you develop the "correct attitude" to cooperate with the self-management of your problem and become a satisfied patient or a successful self-manager — what we call an expert patient.
On the other hand, an "incorrect attitude" on your part or by the people around you could jeopardize your recovery.

The fact that you are reading this website to seek help for your problem indicates that you are not a victim of your problem. You've already taken the first step to becoming a successful self-manager.
The satisfied patients with káyros that are successful self-managers, or experts, continue to take steps by cooperating with us to manage their problem in harmony with their personality. The steps include:
Understand káyros.
Satisfied káyros patients understand their problem and how to manage it. They, therefore, understand their recovery is thanks to the káyros tools.
Take action.
Expert káyros patients take action and develop a proactive personality to manage and take control of their chronic problem day by day rather than allow their problem to control them.
Take responsibility.
Successful káyros self-managers put the responsibility of their problem on themselves instead of putting it onto others. To accomplish this, they cooperate with the three self-management requirements and adapt to káyros — káyros does not adapt to them. If they have questions, they contact our support team.
Focus.
Satisfied káyros patients focus on how to prioritize managing their problem and their recovery over other life responsibilities whenever possible. During their recovery period, they focus positively on cooperating with the three requirements and their recovery, and not negatively on their problem and pains.
Feel grateful.
Expert káyros patients are grateful for their recovery through our services.
A healthy lifestyle.
Successful káyros self-managers develop the habit of cooperating with the three self-management requirements as an essential foundation for good physical and emotional health and as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Trust.
Satisfied káyros patients trust us for our dedication to and specialization in the management of their problem. Besides, our patients are a bit brave. They follow their instincts and do not let themselves be influenced by popular opinions. They decide if they want to be with káyros depending on their personal criteria, not the criteria of others.
Vision.
Expert káyros patients have a vision of the future of their health so that they may enjoy their family, friends, work, and hobbies.
Compassion.
Successful káyros self-managers share their experience with others.
It is possible that people who do not have your problem, even those close to you, do not understand it and do not know how to talk with you or how to help you. Do not feel isolated. There are a lot of people out there like you who suffer from the same problem. Talking to them will help you understand your situation and your recovery. As you share your experience, you may find others who need our help.
You can be the first to jeopardize your recovery if you don't manage your problem with káyros, making your problem worse, causing endless visits to other specialists without results, generating a significant economic expense in the short and long term, and falling into a state of despair and frustration as you waste your resources looking for solutions.
People around you could also jeopardize your recovery: friends, acquaintances or other specialists. If they do not know about káyros, chances are they do not understand our specialization and will not recommend our management program.
Even if you start self-managing your problem with káyros, an incorrect attitude on your part will prevent you from recovering satisfactorily. And that incorrect attitude can lead you to blame our services for your dissatisfaction, when in fact, our services are not to blame.
Some examples of incorrect attitudes that pose a serious threat to your management, that will not allow your optimal recovery, and that will lead you to be an "unsatisfied patient" with káyros, are:
Unsatisfied patient:
"I will quit my management because 'I am not as well as I wish' or because 'I am already well' after two weeks, four months, one year of self-management (or whatever time)."
Deciding when to start and when to finish your self-management depending on your recovery is a big mistake.
Unsatisfied patient:
"I will cooperate with the three self-management requirements whenever I want depending on whether I am well or not."
Although feeling better is an important goal of your recovery, you must be careful not to think that you will always be well and quit cooperating with the three self-management requirements. Having the káyros device does not mean to stop cooperating with your sessions or doing activities not recommended believing that later, you will apply the device and be well again.
Unsatisfied patient:
"I am well. It may be a coincidence, or the weather change, or..."
Some patients don't understand or realize that their self-management with káyros (the cause) is what will lead them to recover (the effect). It is not something that is due to chance. Some patients give credit of their recovery with káyros to things like the weather change, to reduced stress, or them having done this or that, which may lead them to quit their management over time.
Prospective patient:
"I'll do it later."
You may jeopardize your recovery by procrastinating about the decision to start self-managing your problem. Arguments like "I'll do it when I have time," or "when I have money," or "when I can," will delay your recovery. Meanwhile, time will pass, the problem will worsen, and it will take control of your life. It's another way of managing your problem — doing nothing. Be aware of the consequences of your decisions.
Relatives or people around you:
"Oh, you better not do this káyros thing; it is weird."
Apart from you, the people around you, even your loved ones, could also jeopardize your recovery, whether consciously or not, with good intentions, or not, if they don't understand your problem or how you feel, nor understand káyros. It is always helpful to have the support of the people around you when making decisions; it can make you feel more confident about your decision, but you will not always get it.
Other specialists:
"This káyros thing is useless! It is dangerous! There are no scientific studies published!."
Thousands of people who suffer because of their problem visit other specialists without recovering. Whether your specialist is "very good and famous", or whether he/she pampers you, or whether the clinic of your specialist is vast and beautiful, if your problem is not managed with káyros, you will not recover. Regardless of the theories you have heard about your problem and how to recover, or no matter how well you've been sold another treatment, if your problem is not managed with káyros, you will not recover.
káyros is based on techniques developed and studied scientifically since 1934. We welcome contact from any team of researchers interested in studying our methods.
Misinformed people and patients:
"I will always feel well with káyros."
You may believe that once you start feeling better with káyros, you are fully recovered forever and will always be well. This way of thinking is an error. Even if you have been managing your problem for years, you may have pain or discomfort due to a setback or other future health problems that may affect you.
Your problem may have left you with some irreversible sequelae that can't be improved. Although you may hope to recover as if you had never suffered the problem, that may not occur. Wishing to feel perfectly without any pain or discomfort in your body thanks to káyros is a goal that may be unattainable.
káyros does not offer a miracle cure for all diseases or health problems. In your future life, many things can happen; you can suffer other health problems independent of our management. No one is free from disease.
